If this sounds outstanding to you, take the first step forward and explore a career with Dal-Tile. **POLISHING LINE OPERATOR II – NIGHT SHIFT** **PAY: $17.35 per hour 2** **nd** **shift differential $0.20,** **3** **rd** **shift differential** **$.50** **Monday - Friday** The polish line operator ensures quality materials are produced in a timely manner to meet production needs. + Changes polishing pads when pads are damaged or depleted. + Measures and records tile sizes. + Inspects tile for damage or for conformity to specifications. + Documents quality of materials. + Maintains communication with supervisor to report quality issues. + Moves materials or products to or from conveyor. + Dislodges jams by hand. + Records production quantities. + Keeps work area clean and orderly. High school diploma or equivalent experience.3 years previous manufacturing/production experience. Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak basic English. Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner. Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
