This is a full-time, hourly position.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of Operator II will be responsible for the following duties:Assist with operating machinery as needed for production and bagging demandsConduct ongoing cleaning/housekeeping tasks Operate forklifts and other equipment on propertyStack bags efficiently and safelyPick orders, load and unload productAssess inventory to ensure proper delivery to customersOther responsibilities as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture and understand/follow company safety proceduresHigh School Diploma or equivalentForklift experienceExhibit consistent, prompt attendanceAble to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted, shovel material and operate a vacuumPossess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportationPossess strong math aptitude and be familiar with basic computer skillsMaintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times. SCHEDULE:
This is an hourly position. Shift is nights, primarily 10-6, with some overtime required as needed. Demonstrate initiative to work independently on given assignments while remaining flexible enough to work within team setting.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT :
All other PPE will be provided by the plant.
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
