Responsibilities:

Strictly adhere to manufacturing protocols and guidelines to ensure flawless productionResponsible for accurately filling and labeling vials according to company protocols.Compete assigned manufacturing tasks in a timely and efficient mannerSuccessfully implement quality control measures to maintain exceptional standardsWork closely with teams from different departments to identify effective methods and enhance production processes.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.Pursue all relevant training requirements as part of a highly flexible cross-trained workforce. Support the continuous improvement of all related processes for filling vials, materials movements, transaction execution, and inventory accuracy. Ability to support the team with non-conformance quality investigation and document updates.Identify potential issues in a process; report findings to team management and participate in troubleshooting and resolution processActively support Continuous Improvement, Lean Mfg, and 5S related projects and initiatives as identified by specific initiatives and charters.Safeguard against loss of materials and adhere to corrective action protocol for lost materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a highly regulated industryAttention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure the safe and efficient packaging of our products.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $16.78–$25.16.
