Operator responsible for guiding the guests through immersive VR Experience, simple access the control panel, ensure the guest enjoy the game while keep them safe during the experience.
Primary Responsibility1. Play a role as a coordinator in the attractions
2. Ensure the smooth operation of the attractions
3. Ensure the cleanliness of relevant equipment.
4. Ensure the safety of customers
5. Provide an excellent experience to customers
6. Report to Manager to ensure the smooth operation of attractions
7. Responsible for daily operation of attraction in a safe and consistent manner
8. Operate the light, audio & video system in the attractions
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
10. Work closely with IT and engineering team
11.Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Manager
12. Report to superior if there is any issues on equipment / facilities
13.Assist in compliant / enquiries handling and escalate to supervisor if needed.
1. Engergetic, Passionate and enjoy providing services to customers
2. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese speaking, Common level in English speaking is an advantage
3. Maintain a flexible schedule of work shift
4. Willing to stand and perform task for long hours.
5. Presentable appearance
5. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, engineering or a related field is preferable
6. Experience in stage technician is preferable
7.Able to work independently and problem-solving skill under pressure
