Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$18.75 - $42.07

Aseptic Operator will work in the Indianapolis Parenteral Manufacturing site where Parenteral products for domestic and international markets are manufactured and packaged. The primary purpose of the job is to manufacture, fill sterile products into syringes.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to Parenteral Plant safety policies and procedures, contribute to a safe work environment

Setup and operate of both aseptic and non-aseptic processes

Adhere to standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure quality of product

Document process steps on appropriate batch documentation

Adherence to standard operating procedures, current Good Manufacturing Practices, safety policies/procedures

Basic Requirements/ Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must pass and maintain aseptic gowning access

Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.

Must pass a “fitness for duty” physical exam

Must demonstrate attention to detail and a quality mindset

Strong math skills

Basic computer skills, with capability to learn

Excellent documentation skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

Additional Preferences:

Experience with GMPs

Additional Information:

Ability to wear safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, protective gloves, respirator, etc.)

Shift structure is 12-hour shifts on a 3-2-2-3 schedule

Overtime and holiday period work will be required
