Position Brand Description:

The Formulation/ Prep Operations Team is a key part of the Operations in Lilly’s Indianapolis Parenteral Manufacturing site.  We manufacture and fill injectable parenteral products in state of the art facilities to supply patients around the world.  This position will work in a new building with a best in class, global production line. Operators will work with advanced industry technologies.  Operators will learn transferable skills from a global team and support key current and upcoming company products.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

Operator ObjectivesEnsure strict compliance with established policies/procedures (Safety, Production Procedures, Sanitization, Gowning, Etc.) Completion of training and qualifications to stay current and qualified to perform job.Adhere to Parenteral Plant safety policies and procedures, contribute to a safe work environmentPerform sanitizations in classified areas to maintain the sterility of the area, operation, and product.Adhere to standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure quality of productDocument process steps on appropriate batch documentation following Good Documentation PracticesSetup and perform operations task in both aseptic and non-aseptic processesPrepare Equipment using Good Manufacturing Practices utilizing current SOP's.Formulate Parenteral Products that will be filled into syringes by the Filling Team.Initial troubleshooting
