Wat ga je doen?

Als Operator Inpakmachine ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

Het instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van inpakmachines en doseerinstallatiesControleren van verpakkingen op kwaliteit en gewichtUitvoeren van metaaldetectiecontroles (CCP) en kwaliteitsregistratiesSignaleren en oplossen van technische storingenZorgen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving

Technisch inzicht en een proactieve werkhoudingAccuratesse en oog voor kwaliteitBereidheid om in ploegendiensten te werkenTeamspirit en de drive om samen de beste resultaten te behalenJe spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en hebt basiskennis van EngelsErvaring als operator in een productieomgeving is een pré maar geen must.

Wat bieden wij?

Een uitstekend salaris in schaal 5 op basis van 33,6 uur; €2.115,57 + 39,5% ploegentoeslag5-ploegendienst 26 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 33,6 uur per week gemiddeld)Doorgroeimogelijkheden & kansen voor ontwikkelingIn eerste instantie een contract van 1 jaar, met kans op vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren

Compensation Package:  -  CAD annually + bonus eligibility + Long Term Incentive eligibility

 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
