Functional Description PepsiCo Foodservice is a division of PepsiCo that brings the company’s entire portfolio of food and beverage brands to market in out-of-home consumption channels to meet consumer needs at work, at play, and on the go. Rooted in PepsiCo’s “Power of One” principles, PepsiCo Foodservice leverages the scale and breadth of the corporation’s brands to provide a unified voice to its customers and deliver competitive advantage in the fast-growing foodservice and vending channels. Responsibilities The Operator Territory Manager will be responsible for driving new store activations with AB ONE San Diego, utilizing category insights, reporting, tools, and collaboration with the frontline employees and leaders. It is imperative that candidates have excellent communication and time management skills as well as strong resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment. Acquire, grow and develop NEW & existing accounts within your sales territory (80% NEW, 20% existing) Existing customers segments include but not limited to: Liquor Stores Bars/Taverns Restaurants Accelerate sales growth within a territory by leveraging specific products, promotions and programs designed to increase sales and profit for both customers and PepsiCo. Analyze business trends and utilize insights to identify, develop and expand business growth opportunities Drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution. Work with NASMs and MDMs to prioritize and execute plans against development opportunities. Build strong relationships with customer leadership and frontline team, adhering to Gold Standard Work-With Protocol Participate in customer team meetings, leading the plan to achieve sales objectives and goals Conduct weekly route rides with customer sales reps to identify opportunities, build relationships with operators and coach performance, selling and customer service skills Partner with product supply team to create accurate forecasts based on promotions and historical performance to ensure product availability Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and/ or weekends Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out quarterly. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
