Execution of planning, steering, and controlling tasks based on target specifications for the overhead cost areas of Product Management (PM), Sales (S), and Marketing (M) of the brands MF, Valtra, NoBrand, and Precision Planting within EME for the German entities (including dependencies on AIG). Detailed overhead cost controlling for the aforementioned areas in AGCO GmbH, AGCO International GmbH (AIG), AGCO Deutschland GmbH (AGDe), and AGCO Netherlands BV (AGCO NL), differentiated by product segments Tractors and Harvesting Green/Gold in SAP CO and OneStream. Identification of variances between budget/forecast values and actual values, analysis of causes, and proposal of demand-oriented measures for coordination. Professional support for cost center managers regarding cost and budget inquiries and cross-company coordination. Independent preparation and creation of forecast and budget planning for all overhead costs (OpEx) of the aforementioned areas in SAP CO for AGCO GmbH, AIG, AGDe GmbH, and AGCO NL.  **Your Impact** + Coordination of salary and wage data as well as headcount figures for the aforementioned areas in consultation with the responsible HR representatives during planning and projections.  + Alignment of budget and forecast figures with the managers responsible. Verification of the plausibility of all planning data (Payroll, OpEx, statistical indicators, allocations). + Execution of overhead cost rebooking's and accruals for the aforementioned areas in AGCO GmbH, AGCO Deutschland GmbH, and AIG. Ensuring the correct financial recording of AGCO Academy in AGCO Deutschland GmbH and potentially AIG.  + Headcount and payroll controlling for the aforementioned areas, including reconciliation of personnel-related costs. Verification of allocations for responsible areas. Reconciliation of actual data in SAP with OneStream for responsible areas + Preparation of information and ad hoc reports for cost center and department managers via OneStream and SAP for the above-mentioned areas of responsibility. Responsibility for meeting deadlines and ensuring factual accuracy in the respective area of responsibility.  **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling.  + Very good English skills (spoken and written).
