the Company. Manages business processes and/or business process improvement methodologies to support
Company efforts to deliver world-class performance solutions for our Customers. Trains and develops change
leaders for the Company and empowers all employees to drive process improvements every day. Oversees
internal/external continuous improvement certifications. Develops and manages programs and procedural
changes to assist internal staff, suppliers, customers, and partners with initiatives to reengineer processes and
methods to ensure that company objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and quality are met.
Plans, designs, and execute activities that are directly related to the physical creation of ISS products and the functional operation of RTX facilities. Establishes the physical layout. Plans the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings. Plans the allocation of resources. Performs research and laboratory functions involving the layout, building, assemblies and repair. Conduct studies pertaining to cost control.
