We are inviting applications for the role of Opportunity Analysts – Senior Process Associate – English – Hybrid Bucharest.

Responsibilities

· Create Opportunities directly into clien’t application

· Communicate effectively with individuals and various teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely resolution

· Utilize standard procedures when dealing with problems and looking for solutions

· Prepare complete and accurate work/transactions including appropriately notating accounts as required

· Maintain basic knowledge of products and services

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum qualifications

· Experience in actively creating deals in CRMs will be a plus

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes work to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines with extreme attention to detail and ownership.

· Advanced Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications) along with excellent written and verbal communications and typing skills required.

· Demonstrates excellent communication skills and abilities to have critical conversations with individuals while maintaining a professional environment.

Preferred qualifications

· Any Graduate

· Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

· Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak)

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to communicate verbally and through emails/Phones with businesses

· Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients internal stakeholders
