Opportunity Hub Director
Opportunity Hub Director Job Description: The Opportunity Hub Director plays a strategic role in the success in Sage Intacct Growth across all channels serving the needs of broad internal and external customers. In this role, the Director will lead in operationalizing, scaling, managing and improving the opportunity distribution across North America. The Director will lead a team of individual contributors responsible for opportunity distribution, strategic initiatives, new product launch routing, rules of engagement enforcement, enablement and sales team communications. As a critical part of our continued growth strategies, the Opportunity Hub Director will work cross-functionally to support sales, sales execution and marketing efforts building strong relationships with the VP of Sales, Area Vice President, and Regional Vice Presidents in all verticals. This is a hybrid role: 3 days/week in office Key Responsibilities: The Opportunity Hub Director leads a team with 3 primary roles: 1. Lead a team of individual contributors to exceed KPIs, improve customer satisfaction and increase velocity and close rates on qualified leads from Direct and Channel Partners. 2. Lead a scalable routing process, playbook, capacity planning and business infrastructure to ensure accuracy and velocity of opportunity distribution 3. Lead process automation reducing routing steps, system checks and manual steps, streamlining the distribution process Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership: • Improve and execute scalable opportunity routing process across Direct and Channel Sales to maximize New Customer Acquisition (NCA) • Recruit, enable and manage an operational team focused on agnostic routing accuracy • Support sales leaders through weekly meetings, QBRs, reporting and project/program launches • Create operations infrastructure team removing sales barriers and scaling sales automation • Drive KPI’s that measure team’s effectiveness, sales impact and revenue contribution • Guide team to instill process discipline, accuracy, adherence to SLAs and execution excellence Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field • 7+ years experience in SaaS, sales, sales operations, account management, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience. • Ability to manage resources in a matrix organization • Develop and implement plans and objectives for the department in an innovative fashion • Assess and report progress in cross-functional meetings • In depth knowledge of Sage Intacct product and processes • Exceptional communicator, well-versed in communication to individual sales teams through senior leadership. • Experience with Sales and/or Implementation in Global markets • Experience in using sales and customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Sales Navigator, and Hubspot. • Team player that excels in a fast-paced working environment. Key Performance Indicators: • Execution and results in line with routing SLAs and load balance plans • Reduced ramp time for new hires. • Increased sales productivity including deal velocity. • Increased accuracy. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target salary range for new hires is: $161,277 to $190,000 In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
