Job Description:The Department of Neurology, Division of Neuromuscular in the College of Medicine is seeking a full-time, entry-level OPS Clinical Trials Research Assistant to support Avidity-sponsored clinical trials. This role will assist with data entry, clinical trial management, and study procedures to ensure accurate and timely execution of research protocols. About This Role
Data Management – Enter and maintain clinical trial data, resolve queries, and ensure accuracy for multiple Avidity-sponsored studies. Clinical Trial Support – Assist with adding study subjects into the Clinical Trial Management System (OnCore), updating visit records, and maintaining revenue tracking logs. Study Supply Coordination – Destroy lab kits following protocols, prepare subject source binders, and return sponsor-provided equipment at study completion. Patient Interaction & Study Procedures (10%) – Assist research coordinators during screenings and research visits with vital signs collection and ECG administration. Team Collaboration & Reporting (5%) – Attend research meetings and study conferences as a representative of the Neuromuscular Division. Provide updates and report on enrollment progress to investigators and research staff.About UF Neuromuscular Neurology

Expected Salary:$15 - $17 per hour; commensurate with education and experience.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
