To be working in Customer office and be a technical support the customer in and operating and optimizing PCP/HRP wells on Field. Understanding the operational needs of the client and provide technical help to the client on their performance of existing running wells. Carry out preliminary failure analysis, identify the preliminary root cause and provide effective solutions for the same.
 

Job Location: Barmer, Rajasthan.

Work Shift: 21 days on & 21 days off.

Work Time: Night shift (6:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Consulting client on Operating PCP wells. Understanding and Monitoring Key well parameters of PCP wells and analyze their performance. Evaluating PCP trends and thereafter analyzing PCP wells and optimizing performance for the better run life of the Wells. Focused on technical support for the key clients & projects. Promote product and services, identify new markets and look for opportunities to expand and evolve existing markets. Support Project start-ups, Plan and coordinate training as required by Product line strategy. Liaise closely with Wetherford teams and communicate the technical challenges & support requirements. Provide technical support and solutions to customers. Be a communication Link between Customer and the Weatherford Team. If necessary, Handling of additional equipment such as test bench and autoclave.  Testing of elastomer samples and pulled out PC Pumps SRP and SRP downhole pump and surface related issues to be analyzed and reported.

Job Qualifications:

B. Tech/Petroleum B. Tech preferred with 3-4 years of application engineer experience OR should have Minimum B. Tech plus 5 years PCP field experience. Knowledge of C-Fer. / Basic Understanding/ Quick learner of Simulation software. Should be familiar with ALS Well Simulation sofwares. Good written, verbal and technical communication skills. Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills. Excellent coordination and organizational skills Extensive knowledge of oilfield services, equipment, and parts. Broad technical understanding of current Product Lines.
