Minimally two years as Outlet/Restaurant Manager in managing bars (particularly rooftop bars)Great knowledge in bar managementWell-versed in operational standards, managing manpower cost driving financial goalsComprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirementsStrong communication and leadership skillsExcellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skillsKnowledge in wine and experience in managing steakhouse restaurant will be advantageousA can-do attitude
