Classification Title: OPS HOURLY NON-SECRETARY/CLERK Job Description:

The VPK Assistant Teacher reports to the PK Yonge Developmental Research Elementary School Principal and are employed August - May. Anticipated begin date is January, 2025.

Specific responsibilities and obligations are as follows:

Work with the VPK Instructor to monitor, assist, and work with students. Punctuality essential Possess excellent oral and written communication skills Follow classroom teacher's instructional plan Advertised Salary:

$18-$20/hour

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A current Clearinghouse Background Screening with an “Eligible” status for the DCF General and Child Care items.
