What You’ll Be Doing:Identify and research target territories, developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.Generate leads with support from the internal sales team through methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and trade show participation.Develop a robust sales pipeline through various marketing events and initiatives.Engage with prospect organizations to position Synopsys OSG solutions using strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, and references.Manage the end-to-end sales process by coordinating with Regional Sales Managers, Senior Managers, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams.Deliver accurate monthly forecasting and revenue generation, balancing short-term results with long-term growth strategies.The Impact You Will Have:Expand Synopsys' market presence in the Optical Design Software sector.Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective account management and solution delivery.Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies and processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Support Synopsys' reputation as a leader in technological innovation and customer-centric solutions.What You’ll Need:3 to 5 years of direct sales experience in the Optical Design Software market.Proven experience in managing key accounts and growing base accounts.Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Optics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.Who You Are:A proactive and strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities.Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.Innovative and adaptable, always looking for ways to improve and excel.Passionate about technology and its potential to transform industries.The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $109,000-$163,000 annually. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
