Il Paint Application Engineer è la figura tecnica del Service team e tra le sue mansioni principali ci sono:

Monitoraggio dei consumi delle varie applicazioni che vengono eseguite dal cliente tramite la stesura di un report giornaliero condiviso col cliente stesso;Additivazione / preparazione delle materie prime affinché vengano applicate rispettando le caratteristiche tecniche / qualitative richieste dal cliente;Documentazione e ottimizzazione dei parametri di processo e di qualità;Gestione di materiali di processo utilizzati per la preparazione dei vari colori;Preparazione del Production Planning giornaliero concordato col cliente

Svolge inoltre, in casi di necessità (assenza, pause pranzo, attività extra, supporto per picchi produttivi), la funzione di back up del

QC Operator, occupandosi di:

Eseguire i controlli qualitativi previsti sul prodotto finito (scocca/plastiche);Individuare le anomalie che causano fuori standard;Occuparsi della stesura dei rapporti sui risultati conseguiti nei controlli di qualità, redigere e mantenere aggiornata la reportistica e le procedure sulla qualità;Gestire e archiviare la documentazione relativa alle materie prime che arrivano da fornitore (certificati di analisi, schede tecniche, schede di sicurezza, ecc…).

Paint Mix Room Operator, occupandosi di:

Carico in maniera manuale e/o automatica dei materiali nelle macchine di produzione

Knowledge and skills:

Diploma/Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico;Conoscenza dei sistemi di misura delle caratteristiche come viscosità e pH;Conoscenza di base impianti di processo (preferibile impianto distribuzione vernici)
