Basic Job Function:
The incumbent provides support on projects involving data analysis, data hygiene, and data summarization and reporting.
Accountabilities:
Application of machine learning algorithms.Responsible for identifying and communicating anomalies.Develops and generates new ad hoc and recurring management reporting.Contributes in the automation of processes, improves new and aging process template based on business need.Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.Present useful business information using various data visualization techniques.Partners with Batch Consulting and Analytics Team to assist with the creation of result presentations.Performs Quality Control on incoming and outgoing test files and recurring production files.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, finance, statistics or equivalent. 0-2 years with preferred industry experience (Collections, Credit, Insurance, Market Research or Direct Marketing).
