Oquirrh Mountain Eye Care, located in Utah, is looking for an associate OD to join our busy private practice either full or part-time. Established in 2010, Oquirrh Mountain Eye Care is located in the beautiful city of Tooele, Utah.  We provide full-scope optometric services including testing and management of a wide variety of ocular disease, specialty contact lens fittings, pre and post-operative care, refraction, and emergency visits. We also have a large optical department with an extensive collection of trend-setting frames and designer sunglasses.

What you'll do:
Working full or part-time, you'll have the unique opportunity to practice full-scope optometry and perform a variety of optometric services for patients of all ages, visual diagnoses, and medical conditions. You'll provide routine eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular diseases, recommend vision-enhancing products, and promote proper eye care and good eye health through patient education—on average, 12 to 16 patients are cared for daily. You'll have access to advanced technology, including digital refraction systems, Optos, OCT, visual fields, iCare tonometry and other diagnostic technology.

An Optometrist with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills who can build long-term patient relationships within a smaller community will be a perfect fit. You'll play a critical role in contributing to practice growth, expanding eye care services, and sustaining long-term business performance. To be successful in this role, you must be ambitious, responsible, service-oriented, community-involved, and willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.
