SUMMARY
Provides hospital Operating Room with material management to support procedural volume. Accountability for supplies distributed throughout the Operating Room including case carts. Performing inventory checks to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times. As well as performing other material management related functions throughout the Operating Room as required

ATTRIBUTES
One (1) year operating room and/or supply chain experience preferably in a hospital preferred.Basic computer skillsUnderstanding of aseptic techniqueExperience with mobile picking software preferred but not required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtain supplies required for case carts and sub-sterile area. Ensuring excess supplies are returned to inventory and working with the team to provide a smooth work flow throughout the OR area. Utilizing a team effort to accomplish Case Cart building and turnover within acceptable time frames. Responsible for cleanliness and safety of environment for team members, medical staff and patients. Ensures that Par Level replenishments are completed accurately utilizing the inventory management system. Ensures neat and orderly appearance of all case carts and supply racks.All inventory discrepancies are entered into the inventory management system and corrected as identifiedVerifies incoming material is accounted for by reviewing delivery documents and product prior to stocking. All discrepancies are reported to the Inventory Lead and/or Materials ManagerCompletes transactions accurately and completely to maintain inventory accuracy.Prioritizes urgent shipments (e.g., climate controlled, tissue) while documenting all required information. (Lot, Serial Number)Transports materials to designated areas with documentation in a timely mannerParticipates in annual Physical Inventories.Completes cleaning assignment as assignedAttends trainings as requiredEnsures assignments are completed on time.Provides education, training, and guidance to less experienced individuals.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:
