Our Operating Room leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member.  **Operating Room** **Patient Population: ** Cardiac (open heart), Abdominal Organ Transplant, General, Ortho, Urology, Head and Neck, Neuro and Spine, Podiatry, Trauma **Patient Ratios** **:** 1:1 **Number of Beds:** 17 OR suites **Department Specifics:**  Unit educator and preceptors train each GN/RN, 3 DaVinci robots, 650+ cases a month, strong culture of safety, 50% CNOR certified, nurses are trained to scrub and are used in this capacity, highly diverse and inclusive, extremely motivated to nurture the next generation of OR nurses.
