American Heart Association-Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire regulatory required. For OR Service Leader BSN preferred. CNOR preferred. **Experience** **Other information:** Two (2) years OR nursing experience required. Two years-experience within the past 3 years in Primary Specialty Service (General, Urology, Vascular and Thoracic Services), evidenced by a majority of current work in Primary Specialty area.
