RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:\n\nPrepare packages for domestic & international shipping\nReceive, move and deliver incoming materials; including hazardous materials\nOperates computer & various programs\nAssists with inventory control\nObtain vendor quotes\nCreate and complete machine orders\nCreate purchase orders for company goods, parts & machines and forward approved PO's to vendors\nFollow up on and\/or expedite purchase orders\nSet-up, entry and maintenance of parts in the purchasing\/inventory control system\nEnter part number and document control system\nOperate fork lift & hand truck\nDelivery of packages between Coilcraft facilities and\/or Vendors\n\n

REQUIREMENTS:\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nValid Driver's License required\nBlueprint reading a plus\nPrior shipping\/receiving experience preferred\nAverage math skills\nMust be PC literate; working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word & Excel and working knowledge of Info XA Power-link preferred\nAttention to detail a must.\nMust be able to lift incoming and outgoing shipments.\n
