Position Overview:  
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Alliance Director responsible for managing and driving strategic partnerships between Datavail and Oracle Corporation
The position focuses on building, growing, and maintaining a productive relationship with Oracle, with an emphasis on sales, marketing, and business development
The role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of Oracle’s products, services, solutions and ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:  

Strategic Partnership Management   Lead and manage the overall relationship with Oracle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term strategic goals Develop and drive, and execute the joint business plan between your organization and Oracle, focusing on creating mutual value and growth Cultivate a strong relationship with key stakeholders within Oracle, including executives, product managers, and technical teams

Business Development: 

Work closely with the sales teams to identify opportunities for collaboration, and leverage Oracle’s products and solutions to drive revenue Help define and execute go-to-market strategies and sales enablement programs with Oracle for joint customer acquisitions Monitor sales performance, ensuring that targets and goals are met, and address any issues hindering progress

Program Management:

Oversee the administration of Oracle partnership programs, including certifications, incentives, and benefits Ensure effective utilization of Oracle resources to maximize partnership value and support business objectives

Performance Monitoring:  

Develop metrics and KPIs to track the success of the partnership, including sales performance, market impact, and influenced revenue  Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Market and Technical Expertise:  

Stay current with Oracle’s product updates, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
Provide strategic insights on technology integration, market positioning, and competitive strategy

Client and Industry Engagement: 

Represent Datavail at industry events, conferences, and Microsoft-sponsored activities Support the direct sales team with engagement with clients and industry influencers to promote the benefits of the Oracle partnership

Compliance and Governance: 

Ensure adherence to Oracle’s partnership guidelines and contractual obligations
Address and resolve any issues or risks related to the partnership
