**Our client, a leader in Financial Services, is seeking an Oracle Database Developer to join their team. As an Oracle Database Developer, you will be part of the Regulatory Reporting Department supporting the Broker Dealer Regulatory Reporting Technology team. The ideal candidate will have great communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.**

**What’s the Job?**
1. Design and develop database solutions for automating the regulatory report generation process for the Broker Dealer business.
2. Tune performance of the existing application to ensure fast and reliable intraday activities for end-users.
3. Actively contribute to the application lifecycle, including maintenance, release management, and critical bug fixing.
4. Communicate effectively with business partners and escalate issues when needed to keep execution activities on track.
5. Troubleshoot problems in production and lower environments, working with Agile team members including Scrum Master and Project Manager.
**What’s Needed?**
1. 7+ years of hands-on Oracle Database development experience with Oracle 12c/19c.
2. Expertise in efficient SQL writing, performance tuning, and debugging skills.
3. Experience with data warehousing tools such as Informatica and data transformation processing.
4. Knowledge of job schedulers like Autosys, Python, and Unix Shell Scripting.
5. Familiarity with Agile principles and problem-solving skills.
