Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Software Developer to join our Enterprise Transformation team who brings a strong Oracle background to the table!

Your Responsibilities:

​Support the development, optimization, and enhancement of SSRS reports.Participate in design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Reports in both Business Intelligence Publisher and Fusion Data Intelligence.Ability to work with BA and Work stream SME’s to define/execute reporting requirements.Ability to work closely with the Configurations to understand data schemas and data fields available for reports.Ability to utilize functional design documents to create requested reports.Work with reporting team leads to prioritize deliverables.Review and test deliverables.Transport reports from development environment to QA and production environments.Coordinate testing with BA’s and Work stream SME’s.Provide support on break/fix for any reporting errors or issues as required.Document, train, and educate internal team members as well as partner consultants about best practices in report creation and governance.

You Must Have:

2+ years of experience in report developmentStrong technical experience in SSRS reportsStrong experience in ESS Jobs, OM Extensions, Flex Fields (DFF, EFF), Lookups, and Value setsKnowledge of Database Table/Schema’s for RTR, OTC and PTPExcellent verbal and written communication skills, in person and over the phoneAbility to work independently, solve problems, and handle multiple projects at one timeAbility to be a team player with flexibility to consider differing opinionsAbility to receive and analyze feedbackAbility to be detail-oriented and have strong creative thinking skills

We Would Also Prefer:

Power BI, Oracle BIP and Fusion Data Intelligence and FRS Reporting System knowledge
