Job Summary:
Require Professionals with 10 years+ of Functional/Testing Experience majorly in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) skill
Good functional Knowledge of CC&B.
Specially in the modules of -
• Billing
• Rates
• Budget & Payment Plans
• Payments
• Adjustments
• Financial Transactions
• Device Management
• Meter reads
• Field Works
• Credit and Collections.
Knowledge of testing is mandatory.
Automation testing knowledge is added advantage.
• Hands on testing experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer care and billing)
• Experience in Utilities industry to understand Energy, Gas and Services domain
• Strong expertise and good knowledge of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application inclusive of 3rd party app integration
• Experience in CC&B upgrades is preferable
• Experience in configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system is preferable.
• Strong knowledge on STLC processes – Test Strategizing, Test Design, Execution, Defect Management, tracking and reporting
• Good communication and customer interaction skills
• Experience with Stakeholder Management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
· The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
· This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
