Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Cloud Business Analyst in New York, NY. Summary: This position serves on a team of Oracle Cloud experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of the Benefits module within the Oracle Cloud software. During the implementation product, this person will be responsible for the build and configuration of all Benefits plans required. This position will provide postproduction support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the software. Responsibilities: * Provide PeopleSoft Benefits Production support * Provide functional support and configuration expertise to the team for Oracle Cloud Benefits module * Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project * Partner with HRSS personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications * Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions * Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes; This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements * Responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues * Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments * Own the functional requirements link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle * Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans * Facilitates the scheduling and arrangement of meetings and workshops necessary to keep the project moving along
