Experience

Implementation and Configuration:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of reporting solutions using OTBI, BIP, Oracle Analytics, SmartView, and third-party data sources. Configure reporting tools to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical leadership and expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP reporting tools. Develop complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to reporting tools and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Collaboration and Support:

Collaborate with finance, IT, and other business units to gather reporting requirements and design effective reporting solutions. Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are proficient in using the reporting tools. Work with Oracle Support and other external vendors as needed.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the reporting function. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for using reporting tools.

Reporting and Analytics:

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making. Integrate third-party datasets and perform data modeling to enhance analytics capabilities. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies and initiatives.

Dashboard and Analytics:

Create and manage interactive dashboards that combine data from Oracle Fusion ERP and third-party datasets. Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to support strategic planning and decision-making. Ensure that dashboards and analytics tools are user-friendly and accessible to stakeholders.

Project Delivery Management:

Manage reporting projects, including Resource/Tasks planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Develop project plans (Track level Tasks) relevant to reporting deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Customer Management:

Lead and manage customer expectations, ensuring that reporting solutions meet their needs and are delivered on time. Present reporting solutions to customers and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the proposed solutions.

Team Leadership:

Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability and responsibility within the reporting team. Plan and mitigate risks by nurturing talent and developing team members' skills and capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, Oracle Analytics, SmartView) implementation and support. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules and integration with reporting tools and third-party datasets. Proven project management experience, preferably with PMP or similar certification. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus. Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP reporting tools. Experience in change management and user training. Familiarity with other reporting and data visualization technologies. Proven ability to lead and manage customer expectations and present solutions effectively. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to nurture and develop talent.
