This Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solution, specifically Oracle Learning &/or Talent Management Cloud. 

This HCM Cloud Consultant will assist with the implementation of their respective HCM module by providing consulting and product expertise during their engagements. This Cloud Consultant will work with their clients to understand their business processes and drive adoption of Oracle’s modern best practices processes. 

Must be fluent in Oracle Learning and/or Talent Management Cloud; to qualify for this role your experience will include a minimum of one (1) full life cycle implementation of Oracle Learning &/or Talent Management.
