Implementation and Configuration:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Work Structures Tailor HCM modules to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with best practices

Track Leadership:

Lead and manage specific tracks within the HCM implementation, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives Coordinate with team members to ensure track deliverables are met on time and within scope Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and integration with other Oracle Cloud applications Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Experience in change management and user training Familiarity with other HR technologies and systems
