Oracle Cloud HRIS Manager\n
\nOur client, a long-standing and very stable corporation with superb culture, is looking for a hands-on HRIS Manager. The company utilizes the Oracle Cloud HCM platform so Oracle Cloud HCM experience is a must. This is a player-coach role, meaning that 50% of your time will be focused on managing a small team of direct reports, and 50% of your time will be doing hands-on tasks within Oracle.

\nResponsibilities:\n\n\tManage small team of HRIS Analysts\n\tOversee support team\n\tMain POC for consulting partner, navigating partner spend, deliverables, etc\n\tHands-on tasks can include configuration changes, quarterly upgrades, integrations, etc\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n\tAt least 2 yrs experience managing direct reports\n\tHands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience\n\tAbility to travel once per quarter\n\tExcellent communication skills\n\tSalary will be dependent on experience but max will be $145-150K for an ideal candidate\n
