The Managed Services Oracle Cloud Technical Associate assist in the delivery of managed services for our Oracle Cloud clients. This role involves supporting the managed services team, resolving client issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Oracle ERP/HCM or EPM, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to at least 2 of the following areas:

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI):

Proficiency in managing and configuring OCI services, including compute, storage, networking, and database services.Experience with OCI architecture and best practices for deploying and managing applications on OCI.Knowledge of OCI security features and best practices for securing OCI environments

Reporting:

Expertise in Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).Ability to design and develop complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes to support reporting needs

General Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Oracle modules, including Fast Formulas.Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for querying and manipulating data in Oracle databases.Familiarity with Oracle integration tools and techniques, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle services or similar roles.Good knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM or EPM modules and functionalities.At least one Oracle certification (level 2 support).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.Provide support to the Oracle managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems.Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members.
