While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.
Job Description:
Experienced Technical resource, with deep technical experience implementing and working with Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, Absence Management and Core HR. Must have completed a minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementations with responsibility for building, testing and modifying fast formulas, inbound and outbound integrations, of both Time & Labor and Absence management and troubleshooting and revising OTBI and BI Publisher reports and data models.
* Support existing inbound and outbound integrations to internal client systems including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Support existing fast formulas including reviewing and resolving issues.
* Writing OTBI/BI Publisher Reports
* Experience with Redwood UI and the latest Hessian versions are highly preferred
* Building Complex Data Models
* Understand and create complex Fast Formulas
* Experience creating and making changes to ALL TABLES in Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management
* Make configuration changes in absence management and time & labor.
* Fixing and redoing integrations
* Experience with data changes in Employee Timecard adjustments and their calculations.
* Track daily activities and system changes in JIRA and update Oracle SRs on a timely basis.
* Experience with My Oracle Support
* Experience with SQL/PL SQL
* Python is a plus; client doesn’t use middleware.
* Resolve daily break/fix issues.
* Strong communication skills are required.
* Strong time management skills and ability to work on multiple activities/issues at the same time.
* Must be a team player and willing to take on additional tasks when needed and be able to act as a mentor to more junior employees.
The estimated base salary for this job is $165,000 - $185,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $189,740 - $231,250 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
