Role: Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Lead with PL/SQL

Location: Irving, TX or Remote with Milestone Travel (Must reside in the United States)

Position Summary:

This position is for the Retail accounting ODI track in a Managed Services program. The ODI track handles the integration of data from various systems into the Oracle RMS in Retail accounting. This Managed Services support program has stringent SLAs which involves production support, code fixes, and performance tuning activities.

Responsibilities:

· Perform changes on ODI flows configuration and PL/SQL components to resolve incidents.

· Perform ODI servers recycles and trouble shoot any issues on server cluster instances and flows deployment.

· Identify and eliminate recurring issues with ODI flows configuration and batch jobs optimization on ODI Ent & ODI BI Apps.

· Monitor tickets, critical jobs, alerts and interfaces for issue similarities on ODI platform and data flows.

· Housekeeping activities of ODI platform, ODS and data flows.

· Co-ordinate with the client infrastructure & vendor team for OS, network and hardware level patches.

· Installation of certificates, ODI product patches, and co-ordinate firewall rules open.

· Monitoring of implemented ODI flows and rerouting tickets as needed.

· Work with Oracle support team on ODI product issues/patches.

· Automated alerts creation, server metrics collection, and reporting on ODI Platform components using OEM.

· Perform ODI flows enhancements deployment and verification.

· Good knowledge on Load plans run and debug batch jobs in ODI Enterprise/ BiApps ODI.

· Should be prepared to spend at least 2-3 hours guiding offshore team through daily calls, reviewing offshore deliverables, and keep a tab on offshore work activities.

Required Qualifications:

· Practitioner level skills in ODI.

· Strong Pl/SQL Skills.

· Adequate knowledge on OBIEE backend tables and views.

· Excellent customer interfacing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Oracle ODI certification is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/10/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
