A week in the life of an Oracle Database Administrator: + Responsible for developing, analyzing and maintaining backendOracle 19cdatabases onLinux (RHEL)servers in support of theGoldESPapplication. + Regularly perform backup and maintenance tasks + Develop and implement interactive analytic reports and dashboards + Work with business users to establish reporting and analytic requirements. + The Databases supported and reports provided are mission critical. Job Requirements + Active TS ClearancewithSCIeligibility + 7+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA with BI experience + Current CompTIASecurity+ CEor equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required (e.g., CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP) + Experience as an Oracle Database Administrator/Database Developer + Demonstrated expertise withOracle RMAN, for archiving and disaster recovery + Demonstrated expertise managing Oracle databases onLinux and Windows platforms + Familiarity withOracle Database 12cand later to include familiarity with Oracle Advanced Security and Oracle Label Security + Experience with Oracle database maintenance including monitoring and maintenance tasks + Proficiency developing stored procedures and triggers + Hands on experience developing queries and performing SQL performance tuning AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners.
