Oracle Digital Assistant HCM Lead

Resideo is looking for a talented Oracle Cloud HCM Lead with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) to join our team and play a key role in the development of AI-driven Virtual Assistant solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will combine strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules with advanced AI and machine learning (ML) skills to create and optimize Virtual Assistant solutions that enhance HR operations. You will help transform the employee experience by implementing cutting-edge AI technology to improve HR processes, workflows, and communication.

Additionally, this position will involve supporting the Oracle Recruiting module by delivering key system enhancements to improve recruitment processes. You will work closely with HR to address challenges and implement solutions that streamline and optimize candidate sourcing, application management, and selection workflows. These enhancements will improve the efficiency of talent acquisition and create a better overall candidate experience.

The Oracle Cloud HCM Lead will be the subject matter expert and responsible for the delivery of end-to-end solutions that meet the business requirements of our Oracle Cloud HCM solution.  The focus of this position is to provide design, configuration, testing, and functional expertise to ultimately drive customer success.

Job Duties: 

Automate HR processes (talent management, onboarding, payroll, self-service) with AI to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks Develop user-friendly, AI-driven Virtual Assistant interfaces for HR professionals and employees Continuously optimize AI models based on user feedback and evolving business needs to ensure accurate and personalized support Analyze Virtual Assistant interaction data to identify trends and improve AI models and HR processes Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI models seamlessly with Oracle Cloud HCM modules Stay updated on AI trends in conversational AI, NLP, and machine learning, incorporating innovations into the Virtual Assistant Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues across platforms Document AI configurations, processes, and integration guidelines; train internal teams on AI features and best practices Provide configuration support to the Oracle Cloud Recruiting module for key enhancements Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and support UAT Review release documentation and perform regression testing to assess impact on existing configurations Perform project management duties such as creating project plan / schedule, track issues, sponsor communications, conduct project team meetings

You Must Have:

8-10 years working in technology field and relevant experience in system design and development At least two (2) years of hands-on experience working with the Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) Platform or other chatbot platforms in an enterprise environment At least five (5) years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration At least two (2) years of hands-on knowledge working with Oracle Visual Builder Studio and Oracle HCM Redwood UI 5 years of extensive understanding of the HCM Cloud data model, business process functionality, and data flow within the application
