Oracle Domain Director - CX

Role description: As a Global Oracle Operation and Optimization team Director, you will work directly with the Product Owner for “Growth”, global and regional Growth Business Process Owners, and your peers within the Technology team to optimize the Oracle global CX application landscape, as well as harmonize the applications and automation of business processes. You will be responsible for leading and managing the application service delivery of the Growth function. You will liaise with the key business stakeholders to optimize the application usage and search for continuous improvement using the latest technologies. 

Who you are:

You are an experienced Oracle with extensive experience with integrating Oracle ERP and third-party solution. You have proven history of delivering complex technical solutions in either Finance, Projects, HCM or CX. You are technically curious and keep up to date with the latest digital trends such as Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Machine Learning, Oracle AI, Oracle Redwood etc. You are a collaborative leader and have the ability to lead your team to deliver beyond expectations. You possess excellent application knowledge in the Growth (CX) domain, preferably in Oracle Cloud CX modules (e.g. Sales cloud, Marketing cloud, CPQ etc). You can translate business challenges into workable application designs and have the capability to be hands-on with both functional and technical knowledge. You have a strong track record in managing teams and/or projects and delivering Cloud solutions, preferably applying Agile delivery methods. You are curious. You stay on top of new developments in your domain and you adapt well to change. You are technically curious and keep up to date with the latest digital trends such as Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Machine Learning, Oracle AI, Oracle Redwood etc. You enjoy managing collaborative Agile teams and are ready to take on new and unexpected challenges while further optimizing the application landscape.

What You’ll Own:

Leading and owning the Growth (CX) stack with responsibility for technical solutioning and end-to-end delivery working toward achieving maximum business productivity and efficiency. Managing the application portfolio in the Growth (CX) domain, focusing on globalization and harmonization of the Growth (CX) landscape, including a strong focus on using technology to automate manual business processes. Collaborating with senior level stakeholders and representing the Arcadis Technology team to progress the digital Growth (CX) agenda. Working with technology partners, such as systems integrators, managed services providers, consultants and vendors to deliver technical solutions within schedule and budget. Accelerating the performance of your team and contributing to their professional growth. Translating technology trends into scalable solutions for the Growth (CX) domain. Collaborating with our application vendors and managing their services based on the agreed SLAs.

Role accountabilities:

Collaboration:

Collaborates and communicates proactively with Growth Business Process Owners (BPOs), Business Process Experts (BPEs), Key Business Users (KBUs), and End users to ensure the applications meet current and future business needs. Collaborates with the Oracle Implementation & Migrations (OIM) Growth Business Process Managers (BPMs), other Oracle Operation & Optimisation (OOO) Domain teams to develop and implement technical solutions for business priorities.

Applications Enhancement & Continuous Improvement:

Collaborates with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and OOO Domain Directors to design and deliver continuous improvement priorities that enhance the stability, performance, and usability of the Growth applications in the Oracle portfolio. Oversees technical solution development, including QA/QC, to ensure that solutions follow best design practices and company standards (e.g. security/privacy) Assigns and directs agile teams, including third parties, to deliver Growth Continuous Improvement (CI) projects. Delivers major Growth enhancements or CI projects as assigned by Tower Director.

Key Shared Accountabilities:

Partnership with other Oracle and Enterprise Application (OEA) Lanes, Teams, and OOO Domains to exceed business expectations Oracle Growth portfolio service management and major incident management with End-User Services (EUS) Tower Oracle Growth technical solution decisions with OIM Lane Oracle Growth Quarterly Update testing with OOO Test Manager and KBUs Oracle portfolio integrations with (Oracle Tech Enablement) OTE team Oracle Growth SOP and KBA development with Orchestration team Oracle Growth service disruption announcements and End User comms with End User Enablement team

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent work experience and practical knowledge. 10+ years of professional experience as Growth (CX) application functional or technical SME, or a similar role. A demonstrated track record of achieving service excellence. A background of successfully managing high-performing teams and delivering end-to-end scalable solutions using diverse methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences in an easily-understood, assertive, and actionable manner. Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse and global population. A creative, proactive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude with a high level of internal drive and professional accountability. 3 to 5 years of hands-on software development and Oracle CX configuration. Experience in building and deploying software solutions by leveraging DevOps, CI/CD and Cloud Engineering. Experience with automated testing of business processes. Understanding of Cloud platforms and how they integrate with a CX solution. Professional certifications: project management, scrum master, SAFe, ITIL
