Expertise Required:Should have strong knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 Modules, Should be a complete ASCP professional with unconstrained and constrained planning expertise to work in an environment where a 3rd party planning system is integrated with Oracle EBS ASCP to release planned orders.Should possess in-depth knowledge in Forecast generation based on historical data/statistical calculations, its consumption based on rules for CTO and planning bills as part of Demand Planning and ATP based on collected data to recommend schedule ship date for SO based on capacity and material constraints.Should have played Solution Architect Role in the past, in Oracle ERP led transformations and should be well versed with Oracle EBS capabilities Should have solid experience in PL/ SQL skillResponsible for leading the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support Strong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packagesComfortable in driving ongoing implementationResponsible for finalizing the requirement Oracle Certification is mandatory, and Distribution Industry Experience is a plusKnowledge of Oracle Technology stack and Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools is desiredExcellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams, OCI etc., Track record of interacting and building relationship with CXO level client contactsManaging Client escalations as a Solution ArchitectOnsite-Offshore communication and work management
Responsibility includes:Client relationship management - Managing relationships with client personnelProcess design, harmonization and standardization, across multiple business units and geographies Requirement’s elicitation, Fit-gap analysis, Solution design, Functional designs, and configurations for SCM processes on Oracle EBS Lead cross track discussions and finalize cross track end-to-end solutions across Sales, Finance, Procurement and LogisticsExecution and support of functional testing, QA, SIT & User Acceptance Testing, Production Cut-over and post-production support Working with and guiding technical teams on development activities like data mapping for integrations and data conversions, designing and testing extensions and reports Ownership of Quality deliverables, managing and controlling scope of deliverables, tracking deliverables to closureReview of Solution Design, Functional Specifications and Cross track solutions Working with technical teams for executing Performance Tests, analysis and resolving performance issuesWorking with BI teams for reporting solutions Documentation of Process Design, Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configurations, Test scripts, Process SOPs, training material and keeping data updated on Defect tracking and ALM tools
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Extensive experience with Information Technology.Good Functional knowledge and Application experience on Oracle EBS R12 in general and specifically with Oracle Planning of which 10+ years should be on full cycle implementation processesStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsShould be fluent in English language
