Let’s talk about the role

Diagnose and resolve issues within Oracle EBS modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, CRM and othersProvide support for both technical and functional issues with ancillary systems around Oracle EBS environment.Conduct thorough root cause analysis of issues and provide strategic recommendations for solutions.Builds and produces reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff.Occasionally leads the work of project teams and might formally train junior staff.Provide support to end-users by answering questions, assisting with navigation, and troubleshooting issues.


Let’s talk about you

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any relatedStrong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, SQL, PL/SQL, and database management.Minimum 5+ years’ experience in supporting Oracle EBS 12.1.3 Proven track record of successful project management and delivery in complex environments.Proven track record of successful Incident / Service ManagementStrong understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance.Must have worked or supported manufacturing or distribution environments

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. 

Base Pay Range for this position: 

$83,000 - $125,000

  

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
