Job description

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant expert on Oracle EPM Cloud. The position will primarily be responsible for application maintenance support of Oracle EPM Cloud modules like EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, etc. This position will Interface with key stakeholders and apply Planning Management domain and technical (Product) proficiency. This role will require you to work closely with the customer and any Oracle EPM product related issues & support. This position's key responsibilities include: accepting and acknowledging incidents/tickets received through ServiceNow tool; work on providing solutions for the ticketed issues in Oracle EPM Cloud modules; close coordination with 3rd party applications team for integration of Oracle EPM Cloud; resolution of configuration issues; coordinating with application vendor and Oracle and infrastructure support teams like Citrix, network etc.; This position will be providing both technical and functional subject matter expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud application to the customer for its effective usage as well as create and maintain application architecture landscape documentation. The position will monitor daily batch/utility operations and fix any occurring issues along with work on enhancing the current application architecture by implementing new functions and improvements along with automating recurring processes or tasks and enhancing the work environment by making it more efficient; This position must be available for On Call support of high priority issues, maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines and adhering to Infosys and client processes & policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be able to commute to Atlanta, GA or Birmingham AL or relocate to one of these areas.

- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Oracle EPM Applications.
- Good experience in Oracle EPM Cloud functional expertise in one or more modules of EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDM, PCMCS.
- Hands-on Experienced in financial month or period end activities is a must.
- Sound knowledge of the various process disciplines like budgeting cycles, reconciliation, etc.
- Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like transition, reviews, etc.
- Functional testing or automated testing in Oracle EPM Modules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prefer candidate has previously worked in US Utility companies and has exposure to business flows of such organizations and regulations

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
