Oracle EPM SME/Project Manager
**CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle EPM SME/Project Manager opening for our client in Dallas, TX.** **Location:** Dallas, TX **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Lead Oracle EPM projects involving FCCS, PCMCS, and related modules from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support. + Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and communication to ensure successful delivery. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. + Oversee solution architecture, design reviews, and testing processes. + Provide hands-on configuration and support of Oracle EPM Cloud applications. + Ensure compliance with cloud infrastructure and security best practices. + Coordinate with technical teams on data integration, reporting, and system performance optimization. + Deliver training and documentation for end users and administrators. **Skills:** + Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules, specifically FCCS and PCMCS. + Experience with other Oracle EPM modules such as EPBCS, PBCS, or ARCS. + Strong project management capabilities with a proven record of successful EPM implementations. + Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SaaS environments, and security best practices. + Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., Oracle Data Management, FDMEE) and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Groovy). + Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams. **Experience:** + Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation and support. + At least 3 years of project management experience leading Oracle EPM projects. + Proven track record delivering Oracle EPM Cloud solutions on-time and within scope. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred). + PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. + Oracle EPM certifications preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
