Your impact on the team: As a Senior Oracle ERP Finance Consultant you will plays a critical role in analyzing, designing and implementing new cloud-based solutions to enhance the Global Financials business functions and processes. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the Global Technology Services Organization, responsible for delivering innovative enterprise technology solutions to meet strategic business needs. What you will be doing ? Expert in Finance business processes, functions, systems and capabilities. Collaborate with business teams to understand future business needs. Identify new capabilities on the Oracle Product roadmap and align with business needs. Drive common process adoption, automation, optimization and process improvements through analysis across areas of responsibility. Solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, process analysis, data analysis, proof of concepts, etc. Translate requirements and business objectives into detailed deliverables (user stories, process maps, configuration workbooks, functional designs, technical designs, etc.) Develop test plans and determine underlying issues to common business problems and use appropriate influencing, negotiation, and change management techniques to implement best practice solutions. Work with Business Leadership to identify strategic business needs, high-level requirements, potential technology solutions, and business benefits for enterprise application projects. Alert project managers to potential risks and issues of importance. Provide expert advice on Oracle best practices and system optimization. Manage and support Oracle system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system defects. What we are looking for ? 5-7 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect Experience in implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) Applications (Preferred) or Oracle E-Business Suite R12 applications (Considered) 3-5 years of experience in application support and management of Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) Applications (Preferred) or Oracle E-Business Suite (ERP) R12 applications (Considered) 5-7 years of experience in Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Asset, Expenses, Tax Management etc) Shift Time- 12 PM IST -9 PM IST Why work for us?
