Job Title:   Oracle Financials Functional Consultant ( EBS) Role: Open to Full Time Location: Irvine, CA- Hybrid Responsibilities and Duties + Understand customers business needs and requirements. + Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s) + Ability to do hands-on design & configuration of Oracle EBS Financial / Oracle Cloud modules on the functional side. + Application Support, Maintenance, Enhancements for Oracle Financials. + Gather, Analyze requirements for enhancements and development. + Liaison with Client team & business and offshore support team + Prepare support documents, MD50/MD70 for enhancements/ Developments. + Participate in Change Management discussion in CAB meetings. + EPM knowledge preferable Required Skills + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent working experience + Minimum of 7-8 years of experience with Oracle Financials modules. + Experience with at least 4-5 end to end Oracle EBS Financials implementation. + Ability to interact with CFO/Accounting Controllers + Hands-on experience with GL, AR, AP, FA modules. Oracle Projects knowledge is preferred + Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments + Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment + Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.   Powered by JazzHR
