Responsibilities:

Oracle Financing Global Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring smooth operational workflow from initiation to maturity, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional global teams.  This role primarily supports the Japan business, while also contributing to broader global operations. Key responsibilities include:

 

Reviewing and auditing Contracts to ensure accuracy, and adherence to established business practices, processes, and policies. Verifying pricing details and performing invoice reconciliations. Managing deal assignment and funding process. Managing mid-term changes throughout the contract lifecycle.  Facilitating customer onboarding to provide a seamless and efficient experience. Handling customer queries related to operational matters, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Engaging effectively with stakeholders in Japanese and English, ensuring clear communication and high-quality documentation. Contributing to projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

JLPT N1 certification is mandatory, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or Economics. Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations role, preferably in the technology finance sector. Proven ability to understand and work with contracts, particularly in a Japanese business context.  Solid understanding of basic finance concepts, such as payment structure, invoicing, and financial data interpretation. Proficiency in intermediate Excel, including basic data analysis functions. Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and practices. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
