Responsibilities:

Understand client's business requirements and translate them into Oracle Talent and/or ORC solutions.Configure and implement Oracle Talent and ORC modules according to the client's needs.Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Talent and ORC to guide clients on best practices and industry standards.Coordinate with other Oracle consultants and teams to ensure seamless integration of the Talent and ORC module with other Oracle modules.Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to help clients maximize their use of the Oracle Talent and ORC module.Provide implementation support and troubleshooting, as needed.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant or similar role.Strong understanding of Oracle Talent and/or Recruiting and other HCM modules.Knowledge of Oracle HCM implementation methodology.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceMust live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travelAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors. This may include overnight travel.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Skills:

Oracle certification is a plus
