We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst to support our SAP to Oracle Fusion migration project. This role will focus on the migration of critical business processes related to the Order to Cash (O2C), Period to Date (P2D), and Source to Pay (S2P) modules. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into effective Oracle Fusion configurations.

Responsibilities:

Migration Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements for the SAP to Oracle Fusion migration, with a focus on the O2C, P2D, and S2P processes. Define and document migration strategy, processes, and detailed project plans for the smooth transition to Oracle Fusion applications. Analyze existing SAP configurations and business processes and identify key gaps and opportunities for improvement in Oracle Fusion. Business Process Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for O2C, P2D, and S2P processes across various business functions (sales, finance, procurement, etc.). Conduct workshops and meetings with business users and stakeholders to capture detailed requirements, workflows, and pain points in the current SAP system. Perform gap analysis and map the existing SAP business processes to Oracle Fusion functionality, recommending best practices for the new system. Configuration and Implementation: Lead the configuration of Oracle Fusion applications in the O2C, P2D, and S2P modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Oracle best practices. Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration, including mapping SAP data to Oracle Fusion, conducting testing, and ensuring data integrity. Assist with the setup and configuration of workflows, roles, permissions, and approval hierarchies in Oracle Fusion. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, test scripts, and execute testing for O2C, P2D, and S2P processes to ensure the Oracle Fusion system meets the defined requirements. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including organizing test scenarios, coordinating business users, and managing defect tracking. Identify, document, and resolve issues and defects during testing cycles. Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users to ensure a smooth transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance for end users. Develop and update documentation for all business processes, workflows, and system configurations. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process optimization and automation within O2C, P2D, and S2P modules. Stay current with Oracle Fusion functionality and best practices, providing recommendations to improve business performance and system efficiency.

Skills you bring with you:

Oracle Fusion Certifications in Financials, Procurement, or Order Management. Experience with system integration and data migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion. Knowledge of industry-specific best practices for financial and procurement processes. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years focusing on Oracle Fusion implementations or migrations. Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C), Period to Date (P2D), and Source to Pay (S2P) modules in Oracle Fusion or SAP. Extensive experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes in ERP systems, specifically with SAP and Oracle Fusion. Proven experience in SAP to Oracle Fusion migration projects, including data migration, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support. Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and business stakeholders. Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and process mapping. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion Applications) and other related tools and technologies (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Reporting).
