Kent is looking for a Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Subject Matter Expert / Project Manager
Your responsibilities:
Required to succeed for this role:12+ Years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering /scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting Finance solutions.Should have completed at least two 4 phases full project life cycle (initiation, planning, implementation, and closure) with extensive experience In Oracle Fusion Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, Cash Management).Good understanding of the following Oracle Fusion Products in the capacity of Solution ArchitectGood understanding in EPMExperience in Project ManagementAbility to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organizations.Strong understanding on how the Information Technology can drive business.At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University / College. Responsible for:Managing vendors and consultants’ relationship to make sure that Project Implementation/ Rollout delivery is as per timeline.Leading technical team in managing the Oracle Fusion Financials Module which includes (AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, Cash Management).Project Management includes conducting Steerco, Weekly Meetings and other adhoc meetingsFacilitate the quarterly testing of Oracle Cloud update and refresh.Actively facilitate rollout and usage of existing Oracle Fusion FINANCE Modules.Lead the Implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance for new entities which includes Requirements Gathering, Analysis, System Design and Configuration and User Acceptance Testing.Identify functionality gaps in Oracle Fusion Finance from a business process perspective to drive efficiency and initiate projects to build a solution.Facilitate end-user training, testing, troubleshooting and provide POST GO LIVE Support & Structure.Assist Finance team users in mapping and streamlining business practices to implement the various Oracle Fusion FINANCE Modules.Facilitate Finance Reports and Dashboard specification development and deployment.Work closely with FINANCE Business Partners to drive adoption and user satisfaction in using Oracle Fusion FINANCETechnically capable to Validate the Design, ConfigurationKnowledge in Import / Load and validate Master and Transactional Data In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Skills Requirement and Qualification: 12+ years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering /scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting FinanceApplications, 8+ years in Oracle Fusion FinanceShould have completed at least two 4 phases full project life cycle (initiation, planning, implementation, and hypercare) withExtensive experience In Oracle Fusion Finance modulesGood understanding of the Oracle ERP systemsExperience in Project ManagementAbility to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organizations.Strong understanding on how the Information Technology can drive business.At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University / College.
