Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to design, develop, and implement software solutions that streamline human resources and legal processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of skills, including software development expertise and deep knowledge of HR operations. You will work closely with the Technology Delivery Manager and other engineers to build applications, enhance existing systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development:
Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications related to HR and legal functions, such as employee management systems (Oracle HCM), compliance monitoring tools and Learning Management systems.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or C#.
Integrate third-party tools and APIs to improve HR workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project implementation.
HR Process Automation:
Design and develop tools to automate HR processes, such as payroll, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee data management.
Ensure that applications meet compliance with labor laws, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and company policies.
Work with HR teams to improve existing systems for recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management.
System Integration & Data Management:
Integrate HR systems with enterprise platforms to ensure data consistency and efficiency.
Ensure data security and protection protocols are implemented in all software systems.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support for HR systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes as needed.
Work with internal stakeholders to train staff on new tools and system features.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in software development and system integration, with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM and associated modules
Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, learning platforms
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, labor laws, compliance requirements).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or .NET.
Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and web services.
Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR technology platforms is a plus.
Experience with AI and machine learning HR process automation.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
